I’m Dawn Stilwell, the founder of MEDIATOPIA.

I work with entrepreneurs, authors, and small businesses who need thoughtful, capable support with websites, publishing, and digital tools — and who don’t want to feel overwhelmed in the process.

My work blends strategy, creativity, and technical know-how. Sometimes that looks like designing or rebuilding a WordPress site. Sometimes it’s helping an author get a book ready for publication. Sometimes it’s untangling tech, systems, or decisions that have stalled a project. The common thread is clarity: understanding what you’re trying to build, and choosing solutions that actually support it.

I’ve worked with clients locally and internationally on projects ranging from simple brochure sites to more complex platforms, including e-commerce, membership areas, and email integrations. I’m known for being responsive, practical, and calm — especially when things feel confusing or time-sensitive.
