The fine print: If you’ve never had a website before, please note that hosting fees are an annual cost. Since your MicroSite only takes up a minimal amount of room on my server, I can offer you discounted hosting of $125/year, roughly half of my usual price for website hosting. Your domain registration is also a yearly fee, and runs about $25/year. Your custom, domain-based , Microsoft Exchange email address also has an added fee of approximately $7/month with great deliverability and spam protection. The design time is a one time cost.
